Valeriy Oleksandrovych Golubev
Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CJSC UKRGAZ-ENERGO
Born on the 14-th of June 1952 in Saint Petersburg.
In 1975 after graduation from Leningrad Electronic Technical Institute named after V.I.Ulyanov (Lenin), became a member of Central Research-and-Development Institute of Marine Electrical Engineering and Technology.
Since 1991 he has worked for Saint Petersburg Authorities.
In 2002 he was appointed a representative of Leningrad Oblast in the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russian Federation.

In 2003 he was appointed General Director of Gazcomplektimpex Ltd. and Member of the Board of Joint Stock Company Gazprom.
Since 2006 — Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC Gazprom.
Ph.D. in Economics.
