Ihor Pavlovych Voronin
Chairman of the Board of CJSC UKRGAZ-ENERGO.
Appointed by the General Shareholders Meeting on nomination by National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz Ukrainy, on the 2nd of February 2006 .
In 1992 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv with honours. Ph.D. in Economics.
In 2001—2002 worked as First Vice Prime Minister Assistant in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Since April 2002 until now he has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy. From April 2002 till March 2005 he was in charge of the Foreign-Economic Department of NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy. Since April 2005 he has addressed the issues of relations with Russian Federation.
He administered the policy of NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy, in the spheres of foreign loans and investment projects, natural gas export, and co-operation with foreign fuel suppliers.
It is under direct management of Ihor Voronin that for the first time NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy, has consolidated their financial statements (for 2001—2003) according to international standards and performed the audit with the involvement of international audit companies.
